Construction Update #10 SHOREWOOD
Current Events
The Contractor will continue with watermain construction along Riviera Lane throughout the week (week of October 15t)
including installation of water services.
Extension of the newly installed watermain along Yellowstone Trail to Riviera Lane will require the intersection to be
closed (Yellowstone Trail traffic will have access through the intersection but access to and from Riviera Lane will be
closed). The closure is anticipated to begin late afternoon Tuesday, October 2, 2018 and continue through Wednesday,
October 3, 2018, weather permitting. Residents along Riviera Lane will have access to Riviera Lane before 7:00 a.m. and
after 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Throughout working hours, residents can park their vehicle(s) on Yellowstone
Trail. Residents should anticipate parking their vehicles on Yellowstone Trail during working hours for the next three
weeks, weather permitting.
The Contractor is anticipated to complete bituminous base paving along Shorewood Lane tomorrow, Wednesday, October
3, 2018, weather permitting.
Future Events
The Contractor is anticipated to continue watermain and water service installation and begin storm sewer construction
along Riviera Lane next week (week of October 8, 2018).
The above schedule is tentative and is subject to change due to weather orscheduling conflicts.

• Please observe posted detour and warning signs.
• Please do not park vehicles on streets under construction.
• Slow down and watch for uneven surfaces.
• Stay alert! Watch for signs, equipment, and workers
• Please remind children to stay away from the construction site, equipment, and stockpiles of materials.
• Access through the site may change throughout the day as construction progresses; your patience is appreciated.
