Current Events

The Contractor has completed the remaining water service installation along Riviera Lane this week (week of October 15)
and has begun excavating and constructing the roadway. Remaining storm sewer crossings will be installed as the sand
section is constructed along the roadway. Installation of storm sewer crossings may cause intermittent access delays
during construction. Residents are encouraged to continue parking on Yellowstone Trail.

The Contractor is anticipated to continue construction operations on Saturday, October 20, weather permitting.
Future Events
The Contractor is anticipated to continue excavating and constructing Riviera Lane up to and including the aggregate

surface early next week (week of October 22) with the installation of concrete curb and gutter anticipated mid-week.
The overhead utilities along Mann Lane are anticipated to be relocated to the new poles next week. Following the
relocation of the overhead utilities, the Contractor is anticipated to begin pavement removals, excavation of the existing
subgrade, and construction of the roadway, weather permitting.
The above schedule is tentative and is subject to change due to weather or scheduling conflicts.

Please observe posted detour and warning signs.
Please do not park vehicles on streets under construction.
Slow down and watch for uneven surfaces.

Please remind children to stay away from the construction site, equipment, and stockpiles of materials.
Access through the site may change throughout the day as construction progresses; your patience is appreciated.
