10-26-2018 Road Construction Update CITY OF SHOREWOOD ROAD CLOSURES AND ACTIVITY UPDATED OCTOBER 26, 2018 /Ò©©;· -·©Ò-·z -·zÝz·ä zÝÝ; ©7Þä z {w©;Þ7u 1.ROAD CLOSURE: Riviera Lane from Yellowstone Trail to Cul-de-Sac 2.CONSTRUCTION (CLOSURE NOT ANTICIPATED): Lake Linden Drive from TH 7 to Approx. 200 feet South of Maple Street 3.CONSTRUCTION (CLOSURE NOT ANTICIPATED): Shorewood Lane from CR 19 to Cul-de-sac 4.ROAD CLOSURE: Mann Lane from Eureka Road (South) to Seamans Drive 1.ROAD CLOSURE: Riviera Lane from Yellowstone Trail to Cul-de-Sac Utility and road construction (up to and including aggregate sur Lane. Due to scheduling conflicts, outside of the Contractors control and inclement weather, concrete curb and gutter installation has been delayed and is anticipated to be completed on Saturday, October 27 th. Residents have been informed to have their vehicles out of theirOnce the curb is placed, residents will be allowed to park on the west side of the road, to allow for vehicle passage until the road has had time to cure (strengthen). Bituminous paving has been scheduled for next mid-next week. 2.CONSTRUCTION (CLOSURE NOT ANTICIPATED): Lake Linden Drive from T South of Maple Street The Contractor has completed the watermain connection approximately 200 feet so only has the connection at TH 7 remaining. The remaining construction operations near TH 7 will not traffic. 3.CONSTRUCTION (CLOSURE NOT ANTICIPATED): Shorewood Lane from CR 19 to Cul-de-sac The Contractor has completed the curb and gutter installation and bituminous base paving on Shorewood Lane. The Contractor will be retuning to complete remaining boulevard n and cleanup. Remaining work will be completed under traffic. 4.ROAD CLOSURE: Mann Lane from Eureka Road (South) to Seamans Driv nd The Contractor has begun construction along Mann Lane this week (week of Octobe). The Contractor has begun construction operations on the east end (Seamans Drive) and will continue moving west. The Contractor is anticipated to remove the existi th block and install new storm sewer on Monday, October 29. Removal and installation of the new storm sewer will require Mann Lane to be closed to through traffic. The closure will 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., as to not disrupt access for school bus The Contractor is anticipated to complete concrete curb and gutt-next week.
