WHEREAS the owners of 25840 Smithtown Road signed an Assessment Agreement to have the
Water Access Charge assessed against the property,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Shorewood City Council hereby approves the
following assessment:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said assessment shall be payable in five equal installments
