After consideration of the bids submitted from all contractors, the City of Shorewoodawarded the contract
for the above referenced project to Sir Lines-A-Lot at their July 23, 2018,Council meeting. You are
hereby notified that your Base Bid has been accepted for items in the amount of twenty-eight thousand,
five hundred forty-six and 70/100 Dollars ($28,546.70).
Please find enclosed the Contract Agreement (In triplicate). All three copies must be signed, witnessed
and returned to our office, along with the following required documents (in triplicate):
Supplemental Verification of Compliance
Performance Bond
Labor and Material Payment Bond
Insurance Certificate, as noted in the specifications.
Please make certain the City and WSB are indicated as additional insureds on the certificate.
