COMPANY INC. TO PERFORM WATERAIN IMPROVEMENTS
ON HOWARD'S POINT ROAD
WHEREAS, on September 11, 2017, the City of Shorewood entered into a
Contract for roadway Improvements under City Project 17-13 with C.S. McCrossan; and
WHEREAS, ; subsequent to the commencement of said Contract staff made
recommendations for watermain improvements to the existing watermain within
Howard's Point Road; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works solicited quotes for said additional
Improvements; and
WHEREAS, Minger Construction Company, Inc. provided the lowest
responsible quote for said Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota, approves the proposal provided by Minger Construction
Company, Inc., attached hereto as "Exhibit A."
