Section 1201.09 Subd. 2. of the Shorewood City Code the "Zoning Map of Shore- wood" was previously amended to include the property legally de- scribed as: Lot 6, Block 1, Lawton - ka, City of Shorewood, Hennepin County, Minnesota, in the PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning district. Section 2. Greenwood Design Build, LLC. has requested concept and development stage plan ap- proval for a planned unit develop- ment to be called Lawtonka Villas to develop the property with two single - family homes.
