LANE AND SHADY
ISLAND STREET
RECLAMATION PROJECT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the
City Council of the City of Shore-
wood will meet in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, 5755
Country Club Road, Shorewood,
MN, at 7:00 pm, or as soon there-
after as possible, on February 11,
2019, to consider making the fol-
lowing improvements:
Street Improvements
along Enchanted Point
This project consists of street
and minor drainage improvements
generally consisting of reclamation
of the existing gravel roadway and
bituminous paving. The improve-
ments are identified below:
1. Surface improvements con-
sidered for assessment include:
• Enchanted Point from En-
chanted Lane to the roadway ter-
minus
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
429.011 to 429.111, portions of the
improvement will be assessed to
the abutting property owners of the
named streets. The estimated total
cost of the improvements along En-
chanted Point is $245,200.
Such persons desiring to be
heard with reference to the pro-
posed improvements will be heard
at this meeting.
