APPROVING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE
BOSWORTH PUD
5e�tio_p 1. Section 1201.09
Subd. 2. of the Shorewood City
Code the "Zoning Map of Shore-
wood" was previously amended
to include the property legally de-
scribed as:
The South 130 feet of the North
295 feet of Lots 16 and 18 as mea-
sured at right angles to the North
line of said Lot 18, Linden Park,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, ac-
cording to the plat thereof; and and
addressed as 6140 Lake Linden
Drive in the PUD (Planned Unit De-
velopment) zoning district.
Section 2. Jonathan Higgins
has requested an amendment to
the Bosworth PUD to allow a body
art establishment (licensed) as de-
fined by Section 1201.02 of the City
Code.

amendment shall be subject to the
conditions in Resolution 19 -040.
