NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
sealed bids for the construction of Birch
Bluff Road, Country Club Road,
Edgewood Road,, Excelsior Boulevard,
and Lake Linden Road Mill and Overlay
Project will be received by City of Shore-
wood, MN at Shorewood City Hall
located at 5755 Country Club Road,
Shorewood, Minnesota 55331 until 10.•00
ant local time on 7iaesday, June 18,
2019, at which time the Bids received
will be publicly opened and read. The
Project includes the furnishing of all
labor and materials for the construction,
complete in- place, of the following
approximate quantities:
11,100 S Y Edge Mill Bituminous
Pavement (4 -foot)
3,400 TON Bituminous Overlay Paving
400 L F Bituminous Curb
10 S Y Concrete Flume
1000 S Y Bituminous Pavement
Removal (Alternate 1)
220 C Y Common Excavation and
Class 5 (Alternate 1)
250 TON Bituminous Patching
(Alternate 1)
500 S Y Bitutinous Trail Pavement
Removal (Alternate 2)
90 TON Bituminous Trail Paving
(Alternate 2)
The provisions of MINN. STAT.
16C.285 Responsible Contractor are
imposed as a requirement of this
contract. All bidders and persons or
companies providing a
response /submission to the
Advertisement for Bids of the City of
Shorewood shall comply with the
provisions of the statute.
Bids will be received for a single prime
Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price
basis for the base Bid, with any
alternate bid items as indicated on the
Bid Form.
