the Planning Commission of the
City of Shorewood will hold a pub-
lic hearing in the Council Chambers
of the Shorewood City Hall, 5755
Country Club Road, Shorewood,
Minnesota, on Tuesday, August 6,
2019 at 7:00 P.M. or as soon there-
after as possible. The purpose of
the hearing is to consider Zoning
Code text amendments regarding
the use of bonds as performance
guarantees as referenced in Sec-
tion 1201.04, Subd. 3.d., Admin-
istration, Amendments and Con-
ditional Use Permits, Performance
bond; Section 1201.19, Subd.
4.h.(12) R -C, Residential/Com-
mercial District, Conditional uses,
Self- storage facilities; and Section
