REGULATIONS) OF CITY
CODE TO REMOVE THE
REQUIREMENT FOR
A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR OVERSIZED
ACCESSORY BUILDINGS
Section 1. Ordinance 567 en-
titled An Ordinance Adopting an
Amendment to Section 1201 (Zon-
ing Regulations) of the City Code
to Remove the Requirement for a
Conditional Use Permit for Over-
sized Accessory Buildings was
adopted by the Shorewood City
Council. The purpose of this sum-
mary is to inform the public of the
intent and effect of this ordinance.
A full copy of this ordinance is
available at the Shorewood City
Clerk's office and on the City's
website for review.
Section 2. Ordinance 567 shall
take effect upon publication in the
City's official newspaper.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUN-
CIL of the City of Shorewood on
July 22, 2019 by a unanimous vote.
