Dear Mr. Pearson:
After consideration of the bids submitted from all contractors, the Cities of Shorewood, Victoria, and
Minnetrista, MN awarded the contract for the above referenced project to Pearson Bros., Inc. at their
May 9, 2016 and May 16, 2016 Council meetings. You are hereby notified that your bid for Schedules A,
B and C have been accepted for items in the amount of:
• One hundred eighty-two thousand, twenty and 00/100 Dollars ($182,020.00) to perform and
complete the City of Shorewood, MN portion of the work (Schedule A)
• Eighty-two thousand, One hundred forty-three and 00/100 Dollars ($82,143.00) to perform and
complete the City of Victoria, MN, portion of the work (Schedule B)
• Fifty thousand, seven hundred forty and 00/100 Dollars ($50,740.00) to perform and complete
the City of Minnetrista, MN Roadways portion of the work (Schedule C)
Please find enclosed the Contract Agreements for each City(In triplicate). All copies must be signed,
witnessed and returned to our office, along with the following required documents (in triplicate for each
contract):
Supplemental Verification of Compliance
Performance Bond
Labor and Material Payment Bond
Insurance Certificate, as noted in the specifications.
Please make certain the City and WSB are indicated as additional insureds on the certificate.
We will be holding your bid bond until the contracts are executed.
