Dear Mr. Butorac:
After consideration of the bids submitted from all contractors, the City of Shorewood awarded the
contract for the above referenced project to GMH Asphalt Corporation at their April 25, 2016 Council
meeting. You are hereby notified that your Total Bid has been accepted for items in the amount of Two
Hundred Seventeen Thousand, Nine Hundred Seventy-One and 50/100 Dollars ($217,971.50).
Please find enclosed the Contract Agreement (In triplicate). All three copies must be signed, witnessed
and returned to our office, along with the following required documents (in triplicate):
Supplemental Contractor Verification of Compliance
Performance Bond
Labor and Material Payment Bond
Insurance Certificate, as noted in the specifications.
Please make certain the City and WSB are indicated as additional insureds on the certificate.
We will be holding your bid bond until the contracts are executed.
