RESOLUTION NO. 19-114
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO
WATER TOWER SPACE LEASE AGREEMENT
BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD (CITY) AND
T-MOBILE CENTRAL LLC, (LESSEE)
FOR PREMISES LOCATED AT 26352 SMITHTOWN ROAD
WHEREAS,the City and Lessee entered into an Agreement dated January 3, 2000
(hereinafter,the "Agreement");
WHEREAS,the City and Lessee desire to amend and renew said Agreement, as
provided and attached hereto as Exhibit A, "First Amendment to Water Tower Space Lease
Agreement";
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Council approve the "First Amendment to Agreement"to the Water
Tower Space Lease Agreement by and Between the City of Shorewood and T-Mobile
Central LLC, as attached.
2. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign documents on behalf of the
City of Shorewood.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 9th
day of December, 2019.
