STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
2020 MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood and its activities as a municipality requires setting
fees and charges to reimburse the city for administrative and other expenses related to
the issuing of permits, licenses, renting city facilities, and other services; and
WHEREAS, both the City of Shorewood must maintain a relevant schedule of fees and
regularly audit their effectiveness; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood has established fees for licensing, permits, renting
city facilities and other fees that further the health, safety and welfare of the community
at large; and,
WHEREAS, all fees and charges shall be fixed and determined by the City Council and
set forth in the master fee schedule which will be adopted by resolution and uniformly
enforced; and,
WHEREAS, the following fees were audited for their effectiveness and the following
fees have been amended as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood
hereby approves an amendment to the 2020 Master Fee Schedule.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 24th day of
February, 2020.
