NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN thatthe City
Council of the City of Shorewood will hold
a public hearing in the Council Chambers
of the Shorewood City Hall, 5755 Coun-
try Club Road, Shorewood, Minnesota,
on Monday, 9 May 2011 at 7:15 P.M. or as
soon thereafter as possible. The purpose
of the hearing is to consider a request to
vacate a portion of Echo Road right -of-
way that is adjacent to properties at 5685
and 5690 Echo Road. The legal descrip-
tion of the portion of right -of -way pro-
posed to be vacated is on file at City Hall.
Verbal and written comments will be con-
sidered at that time.
