The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request to vacate a portion of Galpin Lake Road (a.k.a. Galpin Lake Boulevard) right -of -way that is adjacent to properties at 712 and 734 Galpin Lake Road in Excelsior, MN. The legal description of the portion of right -of -way proposed to be vacated is on file at City Hall. Verbal and written comments will be considered at that time.
