RESOLUTION 20 -050
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT OF WAY ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
FOR 5885 MILL STREET
WHEREAS, the property owner of 5855 Mill Street, Shorewood has requested to
connect to a water main in Division Street; and,
WHEREAS, connecting to the water main requires installing the private service line
under the city right -of -way; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to manage and protect its right -of -way, and finds it
necessary to require an encroachment agreement between the City and the property
owner to allow the installation of the service line,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA, that the Council hereby approves the Encroachment
Agreement as attached to this Resolution.
