RESOLUTION 20 -067
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZE
ADVERTISING FOR BIDS FOR THE BEVERLY DRIVE AND CAJED LANE
DRAINAGE PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 20 -03
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood ( "City ") authorized preparation of plans and
specifications for the Beverly Drive and Cajed Lane Drainage project, City Project 20 -03
on May 11, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed Bolton and Menk, Inc. to prepare plans and
specifications and they have been completed; and
WHEREAS, right of entries and permanent easements will be secured to allow for
construction and permanent rights over the storm sewer. These discussions are
ongoing with impacted residents, and
NOW THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED: that the City Council of the City of Shorewood
hereby approves the Final Plans & Specifications for the Beverly Drive and Cajed Lane
Drainage Project, City Project 20 -03 and authorizes advertisement and solicitation of
bids.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 22nd day of June,
2020.
