STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION FOR INSTALLATION OF A PARK
BENCH FOR THE MINNETONKA COUNTRY CLUB OPEN SPACE
WHEREAS, Lynette Trygstad, resident of the City of Shorewood, has proposed
donating a park bench by the ponds behind her home, in the City of Shorewood, County
of Hennepin; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Trygstad has specified the park bench be placed by the ponds behind
her home; and
WHEREAS, the HOA has approved the placement of the park bench and it meets all
maintenance policy requirements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA HEREBY ACCEPTS THE DONATION TO PURCHASE
AND ISTALL A PARK BENCH.
Adopted by the City Council of Shorewood, Minnesota this 23rd day of November,
2020.
