RESOLUTIONS 20-126
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS
ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 19-06
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood Council awarded the contract for the Public
Works Roof Replacement Project to Peterson Bros Roofing on May 11th, 2020;
and
WHEREAS, the Contractor has completed the project work and has requested
City acceptance of the project and final payment for the work performed and
documented to date; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has made final inspection of the project
and recommends acceptance and final payment be made by the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
The City hereby accepts the work completed pursuant to said contract and
authorizes final payment to the Contractor, and all warranties shall commence as
of the date of completion, August 24, 2020.
