PUBLIC HEARING – CUP for Verizon Gorham moved, Eggenberger seconded, Wireless Antennas on the West Water Tower recommending approval of the CUP request by Verizon Wireless antennas on the West Water Tower located at 26352 Smithtown Road, subject to the conditions outlined in the staff report. Variance for Setback to Property Line for a Riedel moved, Eggenberger seconded, Firepit/Patio recommending denial of the Variance Request Applicant: Roger and Roberta Aronson for Setback to Property Line for a Location: 5730 Club Lane Firepit/Patio by Roger and Roberta Aronson at 5730 Club Lane. Variance to OHWL Setback of Lake Riedel moved, Gorham seconded, Minnetonka recommending approval of the Variance Applicant: Christian Dean Architecture Request for OHWL Setback of Lake Location: 454 Lafayette Avenue Minnetonka by Christian Dean, for property located at 454 Lafayette Avenue, subject to the patio being aligned with the existing house to the east and protrude 11 feet from the house with the same width from east to west, and conditions as outlined in the staff report. Variance to OHWL Setback of Lake Gorham moved, Eggenberger seconded, Minnetonka recommending approval of the variance Applicant: Lecy Brothers request to the OHWL Setback of Lake Location: 4320 Dellwood Lane Minnetonka by Lecy Brothers for property located at 4320 Dellwood Lane, with the conditions as listed in the staff report, without the need to remove the two non-conforming patio spaces.
