PUBLIC HEARING – DETACHMENT Eggenberger moved, Riedel seconded,
AND ANNEXATION recommending approval of the
Applicant: Cities of Comprehensive Plan Amendment to
Shorewood and Excelsior detach a parcel from the City of
Location: 450 West Lake Shorewood and allow annexation of the
Street parcel into the City of Excelsior for
property located at 450 West Lake Street
PID # 34-117-23-21-0011. Roll Call Vote:
Ayes – Eggenberger, Riedel, Huskins, and
Maddy. Nay – Gault. Motion passed 4/1.
