OF THE SHOREWOOD CITY CODE
RELATING TO THE PLANNING CONWaSSION
AND PARK COYR&SSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHORE
WOOD, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Section 201.03, Subd, 2, of the Shorewood City
Code shall be amended to read as follows:
Subd. 1. Term: The term of the chair and vice -chair
shall be for one year. The chair and vice -chair shall be
selected annually by the members`of the Commission.
S ecti o n 2. Section 202.03, Subd. 1, of the Shorewood City
Code shall be amended to read as follows:
Subd. 1.:. Officers: The chair and vice -chair of the PaVk
Commission shall be selected by the members of the
Commission, and those persons shall serve in their re-
spective:positions for a period of one year. The Park
Commission may appoint a secretary from among its
members.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
following its passage and publication.
