Section 1. American Legal Pub-
lishing Corporation of Cincinnati,
Ohio, has completed the thirteenth
Supplement to the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Shorewood,
which supplement contains all or-
dinances up through and including
Ordinance No. 555 of a general and
permanent nature enacted since
the prior supplement of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Shore-
wood. It is the intent of the City of
Shorewood to accept these updat-
ed sections, as outlined in Exhibit
A (available at city offices). The
Shorewood City Council ordains.
that the thirteenth supplement to
the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Shorewood as submitted by
American Legal Publishing Corpo-
ration of Cincinnati, Ohio, is hereby
accepted.
Section 2. This ordinance adopt-
ing the 2018 S -13 Supplement to
the Code of Ordinances shall take
effect upon publication in the City's
official newspaper.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Planning Commission of the
City of Shorewood will hold a pub-
lic hearing in the Council Chambers
of the Shorewood City Hall, 5755
Country Club Road, Shorewood,
Minnesota, on Tuesday, July 17,
2018 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon there-
after as possible. The purpose of
the hearing is to consider a request
by Lennar Homes for approval of an
amendment to their Planned Unit
Development agreement to revise
the definition of average land grade
as it applies to measuring building
height for certain lots within the
Minnetonka Country Club P.U.D.
Legal description of the proper-
ties affected by the amendment are
on file at City Hall.
Verbal and written comments
will be considered at that time.

Boulder Bridge MCC Renhuement
In general, the work includes the
following:
The project generally consists of
providing engineering services to the
City of Shorewood (Owner) related to the
electrical rehabilitation of the Boulder
Bridge Well Facility including new elec-
trical service gear, motor control center,
pump VFDs with bypass, starters, elec-
trical distribution and lighting
replacement as required to support the
upgrade. It is understood that
electrically, the Contractor will generally
be demolishing all existing
wiring /conduit systems, lighting
systems, and replacing them with new
systems.
COMPLETION OF WORK: All work
under the Contract must be
Substantially Complete by December 21,
2018, and achieve Final Completion by
January 11, 2019.
MINIMUM CONTRACTOR QUALI-
FICATIONS: The Bidder shall have
experience as a General Contractor in
the successful completion of at least
three (3) Booster /Well Stations and/or
Water Treatment Facilities within the
last five (5) years.

the Planning Commission of the
City of Shorewood will hold a pub-
lic hearing in the Council Chambers
of the Shorewood City Hall, 5755
Country Club Road, Shorewood,
Minnesota, on Tuesday, April 3,
2018 at 7:10 P.M. or as soon there-
after as possible. The purpose of
the hearing is to consider a request
by Paul and Jodie Siegle for ap-
proval of a conditional use permit
to allow adding over 100 cubic
yards of fill and to have accessory
space (garage) in excess of 1200
square feet as well as a front yard
setback variance for a new home
to be located at 5550 Marsh Pointe
Drive.
