The regular meeting 0: the Excelsior Town :Board was held on Friday
the First Day of O::tober 19.54. Members present were Chairman George
Dongoso. Walter lI'an and Justice Ray Petterson 8i tting for the
absent Alfred Clague.
The Minutes as read were approved. The information supplied by
COWlsel <h'athwol relative to the platting of Lots 12. 13 and 14
Linden Park Addition led to a motion by Walter :Sean that Barry
Anderson be denied the right to convey any of those lots in parcels
less than 40.000 square feet as provided by Ordinance '* 11.
The :Board agreed to keep Lester Morrison on for a short time to
help with the fall work.
George ])a Toit gave a rep..,t from the committee relative to the
possible incorporation of the town and read a le*ter from Attorney
Ed Montgomery giVing his views on the matter. The committee decided
to meet with the board at a later date to discuss the necessary
incorporation proeeedure.
The :Board agreed to look at the Christmas lake road behind Hersheys
eagins a.t the request of Mrs. Sukor.
Mr. Robert Fayfield was present to ask the board to keep Jack Young
off his premises since he stated that YOWlg had been abusive to hi~
wife a few days prior to this and he bad. bad to call the sheriff's-
office with the purpose of getting him off the place. He complained
also of the damage done to his prepprt7.
With no other business the meeting adjourned.
