Gentlemen:
In accordance with YOUI' request made at the Tovrn. Board
meeting of February 3rd asking ~~e Planning COLwdssion to con-
sider the matters of township parks and the permit for a trailer
coach park, the COIlJraission :rnakes the following recommendations:
liThe Planning Commission of &ce18ior TOw'!lship recommends t,o the
TO\m Board that it submit to the vote of the township at its
annual ID.eeting in March a motion to establish a separate park
improvement and development fund for the entire township, and
include in the budget such amount as it deems necessary and
proper to start such f"und."
lI'l"ne Planning Commission of ~celsior Township recOlnmends that
no further consideration be given to granting a trailer coach
park permit for the property ImovIn as the Hudlow property. The
Comrrdssion feels there Hould be no advantage whatsoever to the
township in doing so, and that such a permit ",ould in fact work
to its disadvantage.1I
