1. Resolution adopting all of. present ordinances. of Township
of Excelsior for a period of 90 days from date. of in-
corporation. Resolution may be worded as follows:
"RESOLVED: That all of the ordinances of the
Township of Excelsior in effect at the time of
the incorporation of the Village of Shorewood
are and shall be in full force and effect within
the Village of Shorewood.for a period of 90
days from the date of incorporation of the Vill~ge
of Shorewood or until sooner repealed by an
ordinance of the Village of Shorewood."

e. When a question is under discussion., no motion shall be in
order except to adjourn, to lay on the table, the previous

have precedence in the order listed.
f. Any member wishing to terminate the debate. may move the
pre-gious question, in which event the president shall

its effect being to put an end to all debate and bring the
board to a direct vote, first upon any pending amendment,
and then upon the main question.
g. Any trustee may demand an aye and nay vote on any matter,
