RESOLUTION NO. 12 -041
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2013 BUDGET SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the City Council annually prepares a tax Levy and budget for city services
in the following year; and
WHEREAS, those levy and budget decisions must be made according to a statutory
timeframe and communicated to other government agencies; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to be open and communicate clearly with
interested parties in order for them to provide timely and meaningful input into the tax levy and
budget decisions for city services and capital purchases;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood establishes the attached schedule for purposes of facilitating budget discussions and
meeting statutory deadlines.
