RESOLUTION NO. 12 -057
AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR CATHCART PARK RESURFACING
WHEREAS, the City Council budgeted $6,000 for resurfacing of the tennis and basketball
courts in Cathcart Park for 2012; and
WHEREAS, the dollar amount was not sufficient to cover the full cost of the project; and
WHEREAS, staff desires to have the budget modified to reflect the proper authority to
cover the expense;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SHOREWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
The Capital Improvement Plan and Park Capital Fund budgets are hereby amended
to an amount of $6,300 for the Cathcart Park resurfacing.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 24th day of
September, 2012.
