RESOLUTION NO. 12 -070
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND EQUITY TRANSFERS
WHEREAS, the City Council established the Public Facility Fund — 401 and the
Technology Fund — 408, to account for specific public project activities; and
WHEREAS, it is the City Council's determination that those project activities are best
evaluated and funded on a consolidated basis; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to close these funds as of December 31, 2012;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
That the Shorewood City Council does hereby elect transfer all remaining assets of the
Public Facility Fund and the Technology Fund to the Equipment Replacement Fund -
403.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 13th day of
November, 2012.
