RESOLUTION NO. 13-008
AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR SILVER LAKE OUTLET
MODIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Outlet for Silver Lake frequently plugs and causes water to back up on
neighboring parcels; and
WHEREAS, to reduce the potential for plugging and back up of surface water,
modifications to the Lake outlet structure have been designed, and quotes obtained from three
contractors; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient fmids available in the Storm Water Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SHOREWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Capital Improvement Plan and Storm Water Fund budgets are hereby amended
to an amount of $50,000 for this project.
2. Authorize funds from the Storm Water Fund to award the Silver Lake Outlet
Modification construction project to G.F. Jedlicki, Inc. in the amount of their quote
of $49,841.00.
