A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LICENSE TO A RETAILER
TO SELL TOBACCO PRODUCTS
WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Code, Sections 302 and 1301 provide for the licensing
of the sale of tobacco products in the City; and
WHEREAS, said Code provides that an applicant shall complete an application, and
shall pay a licensing fee; and
WHEREAS, the following applicant has satisfactorily completed an application and paid
the appropriate fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
That a License for the sale of tobacco products be issued for the remainder of the license
term of one year, effective May 1, 2013 to October 31, 2013, consistent with the
requirements and provisions of Chapter 302 of the Shorewood City Code, to the
following applicant:
