RESOLUTION NO. 14 -076
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED
2015 LAKE MINNETONKA COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood ( "City ") is a member of the Labe Minnetonka
Communications Commission ( "LMCC "); and.
WHEREAS, the .Joint Powers Agreement governing the LMCC requires that an annual
budget be proposed and that it shall be adopted unless rejected by a majority of members within
45 days; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2015 LMCC Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approves the 2015
LMCC budget.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 8th
day of September, 2014.
