RESOLUTION NO. 17 -057
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT
AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
2017 PAVEMENT RECLAMATION IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 17 -13
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized preparation of a Letter Feasibility Report for
the 2017 Pavement Reclamation Improvements, City Project 17 -13; and
WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, Inc. prepared the Letter Feasibility Report which was
received by the City Council on June 12, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is
necessary, cost - effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA:
Such improvement is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility
report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as described in the feasibility report.
The Project is in conformity with the Shorewood Comprehensive Plan and Capital
Improvement Plan which have been adopted in accordance with the requirements of
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 462.
4. WSB is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 12`x'
