A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH BARR ENGINEERING FOR THE WATER RESOURCES PLANNING
AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLANNING FOR WESTERN PORTION OF
SHOREWOOD, CITY PROJECT 18-04
WHEREAS, the City would like to continue to work with the Minnehaha Creek
Watershed to address surface water management concerns in the western portion of the
City of Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, staff has solicited a proposal from Barr Engineering to perform a
comprehensive study and analysis of said area; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota authorizes the execution of a Professional Services Agreement
with Barr Engineering to provide professional engineering services for the Water
Resources Study and Capital Improvement Planning for the western portion of the City of
Shorewood, City Project 18-04.
