A RESOLUTION MAKING CITY REPRESENTATIVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE LAKE
MINNETONKA COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION AND MINNETONKA
COMMUNITY EDUCATION
WHEREAS, Tom Lesser has previously been appointed by the City Council to serve as
the City representative on the Lake Minnetonka Communications Commission (LMCC);
and,
WHEREAS, Tad Shaw has previously been appointed by the City Council to serve as
the City representative on the Minnetonka Community Education (MCE) board; and
WHEREAS, appointments to both boards are made annually; and,
WHEREAS, both individuals have expressed an interest in being reappointed to their
respective boards.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA that the Council makes the following appointments:
1. Tom Lesser to the Lake Minnetonka Communications Commission, for a term to
expire February 29, 2020.
2. Tad Shaw to the Minnetonka Community Education board, for a term to expire
January 31, 2020.
