WHEREAS, on August 28, 2017, the City of Shorewood entered into a contract with
Valley Paving, Inc. for the Badger Park, Phase 2 Improvements, City Project 17 -09; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor has completed the project work and has requested that the
City accept the project and authorize final payment for the work performed and
documented to date; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection of the project and recommends
acceptance and final payment be made by the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
The City hereby accepts the work completed pursuant to said contract and
authorizes final payment to the Contractor, and all warranties shall commence as
of the date of acceptance, February 11, 2019.
