STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF WORK IN RIGHT OF WAY REQUEST
FOR 27100 EDGEWOOD ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood strives to keep its rights -of -ay in a state of good
repair and free from unnecessary encumbrance; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property located at 27100 Edgewood Road desires to
install an irrigation system under the road to serve the portion of the property that lies
south of the road surface; and
WHEREAS, an irrigation system is not deemed to be a necessary encumbrance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
The administrative appeal of the Work in Right of Way request for the placement
of an irrigation system under the road at the property located at 27100 Edgewood
Road is denied.
