RESOLUTION NO. 19 —086
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO
WATER TOWER SPACE LEASE AGREEMENT
BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD (CITY) AND
AT &T WIRELESS SERVICES OF MINNESOTA (LESSEE)
FOR PREMISES LOCATED AT 5500 OLD MARKET ROAD
WHEREAS, the City and Lessee entered into an Agreement dated May 7, 2002
(hereinafter, the "Agreement ");
WHEREAS, the City and Lessee desire to amend and renew said Agreement, as
provided and attached hereto as Exhibit A, "First Amendment to Agreement ";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Council approve the "First Amendment to Agreement" to the Water
Tower Space Lease Agreement by and Between the City of Shorewood and AT &T
Wireless Services of Minnesota.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 23rd
day of September, 2019.
