RESOLUTION 19 -099
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE 2018 1 &1 ABATEMENT
PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 18 -12
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood Council awarded the contract for the 2018
Inflow and Infiltration Abatement Project (City Project 18 -12), on January 14,
2019 to Visu- Sewer, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor has completed the project work and has requested
City acceptance of the project and final payment for the work performed and
documented to date; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection of the project and
recommends acceptance and final payment be made by the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
The City hereby accepts the work completed pursuant to said contract and
authorizes final payment to the Contractor, and all warranties shall
commence as of the date of acceptance of the work, October 28, 2019.
