RESOLUTION 19 -103
A RESOLUTION MAKING CITY REPRESENTATIVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE LAKE
MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Deborah Zorn has previously been appointed by the City Council to serve
as the City representative on the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District (LMCD); and,
WHEREAS, appointments to the board is a three year term; and,
WHEREAS, Zorn has expressed an interest in being reappointed to the LMCD Board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA that the Council makes the following appointment:
1. Deborah Zorn to the LMCD Board, for a term from February 1, 2020 through
January 31, 2023.
Adopted by the City Council of Shorewood, Minnesota this 12th day of November
