A RESOLUTION TO AWARD CONTRACT
CITY PROJECT 20 -02
WHEREAS, pursuant to the request for quotes for the 2020 Pavement Striping Project,
quotes were received on May 14, 2020 opened and tabulated, with the following quotes
received:

AAA STRIPING SERVICE
$35,508.15
SIR LINES -A -LOT
$36,892.75
WHEREAS, it appears that AAA Striping Service Co. is the lowest responsible
contractor to provide a quote for said improvements; and
WHEREAS, AAA Striping Service Co is a responsible and responsive contractor, that
has completed projects of similar size and scope successfully; and
NOW THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of Shorewood
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with AAA Striping Service Co,
MN based on the lowest bid amount in the name of the City of Shorewood for the 2020
Pavement Striping Project according to the plans and specifications on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 26th day of May,
2020.
