A RESOLUTION TO AWARD CONTRACT
CITY PROJECT 20 -01
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Badger Park Tennis Court
Reconstruction Project, bids were received on May 19, 2020 opened and tabulated
according to law, with the following bids received and complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, Bituminous Roadway is the lowest responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, Bituminous Roadway is a responsible and responsive contractor, that has
completed projects of similar size and scope successfully; and
NOW THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of Shorewood
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Bituminous Roadway, MN
based on the lowest bid amount in the name of the City of Shorewood for the Badger
Park Tennis Court Reconstruction Project according to the plans and specifications
therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 26th day of May,
2020.
