RESOLUTION 20 -055
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE
REBATES DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC
WHEREAS, the following establishments successfully renewed their ON -Sale liquor licenses
issued for the period of one year effective June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021, consistent with the
requirements and provisions of Chapter 401 of the Shorewood City Code, and

Tino's Cafe Pizzeria 19215 MN Hwy 7 On -Sale Wine /Beer Sunday
WHEREAS, as a result of the COVID -19. Pandemic and the Governor's Stay at Home Order
local On -Sale Establishments were required to close their doors as of March 17, 2020. Those
that were able to remain open for delivery and curbside pick -up were affected as well, as their
Liquor sales ceased to exist until on April 17th the Governor signed and enacted legislation
allowing for limited Off -Sale Alcohol sales for restaurants closed by the Executive Order; and
WHEREAS, the city council would like to help local businesses shuttered due to the COVID -19
Pandemic.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood approves
a 25% rebate to On -Sale Liquor Establishments in the City of Shorewood as follows:
