Section 1. Section 1201.09 Subd. 2. of the Shorewood City Code the "Zoning Map of
Shorewood" was previously amended to include the property legally described as:
Lot 6, Block 1, Lawtonka, City of Shorewood, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
in the PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning district.
Section 2. Greenwood Design Build, LLC. has requested concept and development stage
plan approval for a planned unit development to be called Lawtonka Villas to develop the
property with two single - family homes.
Section 3. Lawtonka Villas PUD shall be subject to the conditions in Resolution 19 -014.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon publishing in the Official
Newspapers of the City of Shorewood.
