City Council reconvened as the Tax Board of Review at a continued
meeting at 7:00 P.M. on June 4, 1980.
Present: Mayor Frazier, Naegele, Haugen and Shaw.
Staff: Attorney Kelly, Clerk Wiltsey and Assessor Kerman Benson.
Moved by Frazier and seconded to approve the following adjustments
to the assessed valuations as agreed upon for:
Charles Donley, 5795 Christmas Lake Road - reduced to $215,000
(reduction off land value).
John Williamson, 5960 Seamans Drive - reduced to $74,000 (reduction
of 1/2off land and 1/2 off building).
John Moore, 22340 Bracketts Road.-reduced to $192,000 (reduction off
land value).

Dorothy Lane, 5660 Christmas Lake Point - reduced to $120,000
(reduction 1/2 off land and 1/2 off building).
Robert Chapman, 27280 Edgewood Road - reduced to $173,500 (reduction
of 1/2 off land and 1/2 off building).
G. B. Clifford Estate (John B. Lundquist, Agent) - reducedlto $323,000
as approved by assessor.
Gerald Wright, 6065 Mill Street - adjusted to $53,200 (off building)
Sandy Newhouse, 5640 Christmas Lake Point - reduced to $197,500
(reduction of 1/2 off land and 1/2 off buildings).
Bob Naegele, Jr., 26640 Edgewood Road (Naegele excused himself from
meeting.) - reduced to $273,500 ($25,000 off land, balance off house).
William Keeler, 27420 Pine Bend - no action.
R.N. Thompson, 31-117-23-13-0009 (pasture) - adjusted to $24,000.
Motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Haugen and seconded to adjourn meeting at 9:45 P.M. Motion
carried unanimously.
