MINUTES
The Meeting of the Shorewood Board of Review continued from May 20, 1981 was
called at 6:45 P.M. on June 1, 1981, in the Council Chambers.
Present were Mayor JOM Baird, Counci1members Jan Haugen, Tad Shaw, Al Leonrdo,
and Bob Rascop; Also Larry Martin, Assessor, and Clerk Elsa Wiltsey.

5305 Elmridge Circle
The assessor's cards relative to calculation of valuation for the five properties
at 5305,5310,5320,5325, and 5355 Elmridge Circle were reviewed in an attempt
to compare the valuations of the neighborhood properties to the Jordan property.
Moved by Haugen, seconded by Shaw, to reduce the market valuation on the land
$5,000 and the valuation on the buildings $5,000 for a total new market valuation
of $240,000. Motion carried unanimously.

The assessor's cards relative to the calculations of the valuation on the above
described property were reviewed. Mr. Pixler contended that the square footage
was calculated in error. Based on the revised lower square footage, it was
roved by Rascop, seconded by Haugen, to reduce the total valuation to $152,300 -
($90,000 on the land and $62,300 on the buildings). Motion carried unanimously.
Rascop motioned, Haugen seconded for adjournment at 7:35 P.M. Motion carried
