MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER:
The Special BUDGET Meeting of the Shorewood City Council was called to order by
Mayor Rascop at 5:47 P.M., Wednesday, November 4, 1981, in the City Hall Conference
Room.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Mayor Rascop, Councilpersons HC:iUgen, Shaw, Leonardo, and Gagne.
Staff: Admini strator lhrharrrner, and Clerk Kennelly
BUDGET REVIEW:
Administrator lhrharrmer reviewed the proposed incoming budget in comparison with
current expenditures and previous budget. Changes in budget because of the holding
of November and December Local Goverrnnent Aid checks were discussed am the effects
of the reduction in next year's aid.
APPROVAL FOR ADJOURNMENT:
Haugen moved, Gagne seconded, to adjourn the Special COUNCIL Meeting at 10:10 P.M.
